1. Refund and Return Policy for Digital Products
1.1. Redemption of Product Keys
In the case of services or software products, such as licenses, returns or refunds are only possible if the acquired software license have not been redeemed. Once a software or license key has been redeemed on the associated activation platform, refunds and returns are excluded as software and license keys can only be redeemed once.
1.2. Validity Check
Deltanet Services reserves the right to check the validity of license keys within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the license key has already been activated, we have the right to refuse payment, as the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
1.3. Cancellation and Refund before Delivery
As long as the service has not been delivered, cancellation and a full refund are possible at any time, even after the expiration of 14 days.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Notification of Cancellation
Customers must inform us of their decision to cancel the order via a clear declaration by email sent to [email protected].
2.2. Other Reasons for Return
If customers encounter issues with the service or installed software, such as invalid or already redeemed keys or same issue or wrong behavior after the service they must report the problem to Deltanet Services within 14 days of receiving the service. Deltanet Services may request evidence for reported problems.
2.3. Refunds Criteria
Refunds will not be issued due to customer dissatisfaction with third party products or if the customer’s computer does not meet the minimum software requirements.
2.4. IT Support Service Refund
Deltanet Services offers a refund in the case of the customer not being satisfied with the IT support service provided or if the issue or problem could not be resolved. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the service completion date to discuss your concerns.
3. Full Refund
Deltanet Services offers a full refund in the following cases:
- If a customer has purchased the wrong service or no longer wishes to use specific software, a refund is applicable within 14 days from the purchase date. This applies only if the service has not been provided or the license has not been redeemed.
- If a customer pre-ordered a service, and the license has not been service, they can request a refund at any time before delivery.
- If a license key cannot be redeemed as usual, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement key after examining the problem.
4. Partial Refund
A partial refund occurs when a customer has purchased two or more services in one order and requests a refund for one of the services in that order. In such cases, they will receive a partial refund for that order.
5. Delivery Costs
If a customer cancels an order, Deltanet Services will refund all payments received, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us). We aim to complete this refund within 14 days from the date we receive the cancellation notice. We will attempt to use the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the payment service does not offer a direct way of refunding.
6. Product Condition
We can refuse repayment until we have validated that the services are in faultless condition. For software keys, this means that they have not been redeemed.
7. Redemption Exclusion
If software keys have already been redeemed, reimbursement of the originally paid payment is excluded.
